Information Keylight collects
Keylight collects information needed to run production operations, including account names, emails, authentication details, profile photos, project membership, roles, availability, crew records, phone numbers, hiring assignments, work-request responses, DTRs, timecards, uploaded files, chat messages, notifications, device/session details, and basic usage or diagnostic data.
How Keylight uses information
Keylight uses information to authenticate users, manage project access, support crew and hiring workflows, send work requests, prepare DTRs and timecards, generate production documents, deliver notifications, operate chat and realtime updates, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability.
Text messaging and phone numbers
Keylight text messages are transactional production messages, such as work requests, hiring or schedule updates, account/security messages, and direct responses. Message frequency varies by production activity. Message and data rates may apply. Where supported, recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
